- Fee is based on monthly low
balances:
<$100.00 is $6.00
$100.00 to < $200.00 is $5.00
$200.00 to < $300.00 is $4.00
$300.00 to < $400.00 is $3.00
$400.00 to < $500.00 is $2.00
- A .10 per item fee will be
assessed beginning with the 21st item.
